Lobby
Reception and lobby
Every guest passes it at check-in, at checkout and on the way out for the day, which makes it the natural first choice.
For hotels
An Emperium Power station in your lobby lets guests rent a powerbank with a contactless card, keep their phone charged while they are out, and return it when they are back. Your front desk stays free for everything else.
01 Why it fits
/01
Maps, tickets, boarding passes and messages all run on a phone. A powerbank goes with the guest, so a low battery does not cut a day out short.
/02
Guests stop asking to borrow chargers, and lent cables stop going missing. The station handles each rental and payment itself.
/03
The station sits on a counter or shelf near a socket. Its screen can show imagery your hotel supplies alongside the rental instructions.
02 Placement
Lobby
Every guest passes it at check-in, at checkout and on the way out for the day, which makes it the natural first choice.
Bar
Guests settle in for a while, so they can charge at their table instead of asking staff to plug a phone in behind the bar.
Events
Delegates use their phones through a long day of sessions. A station near the break area keeps them going until the close.
Groups
Hotel groups can discuss a consistent setup across sites, with placement agreed for each building.
03 How it works
A guest presses Start on the station, taps a contactless card and takes the powerbank that is released. It charges their phone by cable or wirelessly while they are out, and they return it to the station when they are finished. See the four steps.
